Incorporating the healing and empowering elements of water, each session is designed to support and enhance your body’s organic ability to sooth itself and find harmony through guided breathwork, movements and in water … simply designed to connect you with your growing baby. You leave after each session filled with more freedom and grace as you approach your birth experience.
